Exercise History: Supporting the recommendation of at least 30 minutes of daily exercise for optimal health, the app tracks your exercise history on both a daily and monthly basis, providing insight into your workout frequency and duration.
Global Ranking: Elevate your exercise routine by engaging with global users through friendly competition. Viewing user rankings within the app can inject motivation and excitement into your hula hoop sessions.
Progress Levels: As you challenge yourself with more rigorous workouts, your level within the app will increase accordingly. This progression system allows you to monitor and appreciate your fitness improvements over time.
Device Activation: Initiate the device by shaking it; upon initial purchase, connect it to a USB power source for activation. Troubleshoot with USB power if the device fails to turn on through shaking.
LED Indicators: Understand the device status through LED signals: a single blue blink signifies power-on status, two blinks denote Bluetooth connectivity with your smartphone, while a red light indicates low battery levels.
Battery Life: With a full charge time of two hours and 20 minutes, VHoop offers approximately 15 hours of usage. This equates to around 15 days of use based on a daily one-hour workout.
